Annie Hayes
Annie Hayes’ son Chris was only 16 years old when he received a serious brain injury from a car accident.
Concerned for the well-being of her son, Annie came to ICAS and worked with George to develop a plan to help Chris cope and grow with his injury.
“When we happened upon ICAS we were blown away. George’s whole attitude is treating with dignity. Chris was encouraged to live as normally as possible. ICAS dedicated staff patiently took him through lessons on how to cook, personal hygiene, how to make a telephone call, how to get on a bus and, eventually, got him back to school. Chris is now at university – something we could have never imagined.”
ICAS worked closely with Chris & Annie to always put Chris’ goals and capabilities first. Through an ever-evolving plan, Chris was able to accomplish things that previously seemed impossible.
“George’s culture is a 10/10 because they will get the best result for their clients. A vision for people to live to fulfill themselves as much as possible runs through entire organisation.”
