With ICAS, I can. . .
We provide tailored support solutions for people with a disability, the injured or aged in Queensland.
Transforming and empowering lives since 1985
For over 25 years ago, ICAS has focused on providing unparalleled and individually tailored support services to those living with a disability. George Ratnavale, who started ICAS before the introduction of the Disability Services Act, ran the company until 2021 when colleagues Sarah and Chris Smith took over the helm, adding a wealth of knowledge and lived experience to continue supporting ICAS clients.
What we offer.
ICAS transforms ability assistance, enables independence and enriches lives.
ICAS can provide in-home care, support from home into the community and transition from hospital or organisational care to supported living.
If you, a loved one or a client need ability assistance through aging, injury or infirmity, you have our support to plan, facilitate and thrive.
Why ICAS?
We focus on our client’s strengths and abilities, what they wish to achieve and how we can build progress and independence.
We listen to your stories and proactively manage your goals with diligence, respect and determination.
We are inspired to build and enact support plans that transform lives.
Voices of the people we have assisted.
“George’s culture is a 10/10 because they will get the best result for their clients. A vision for people to live to fulfill themselves as much as possible runs through entire organisation.”
“If we had not had support from George and his team, our lives would have been quite different. ICAS’s services made us feel more relaxed about the future knowing that Ben could achieve great things.”
