When you choose ICAS for Provision of Support services, we will talk to you about your needs, goals and the type of things you require support with. We also ask you about your choice of Support Workers and you are involved in the decision of who you would like to work with you. ICAS will ensure that only those people with the right skills will be hired as support workers to meet your needs and goals.

ICAS provides Support Workers to assist in the following ways:

• Support to access the community, attend activities, services and connect with others
• Support to build your skills and confidence in all aspects of day to day living, including activities of daily living
• Personal care and hygiene
• Household tasks, including groceries and meal preparation
• Provide transport or assistance to access public transport
• Support to build your capacity to live with more independence by developing life skills
